New one for ya!! Running!!

Here is workout #2.

Run: from your house to end of the street and back. (toward the school)  Think 1/2 mile to a mile you choose.

Goblet squat x 10
push ups        x 10
walking lunges x 10 each leg
push press x 10

Run
 Repeat above

repeat above

cool down

Goblet squat:

Walking lunges; hold dumbells if you can!! Body weight is fine.

Push press

Core work:

Side plank. Hold 30 seconds X 2 per side
Bird dog: 10 each side. 

Butterfly crunches: 30 seconds X 2
