Who am I?

Hi my name is Corrine.  I am a mom to two very cute kiddos. I have a handsome and supportive husband whom I love dearly. (No he didn't pay me to write that.)  I love to run and bike and do athletic things. My Dad taught me how to run and gave me one of the best gifts of my life.My Dad pasted away on March 30th, 2012. THis has been a shock to me and my whole family. My Dad was not perfect but in many ways he was always trying to be a better man and he always just wanted to help someone else out. This blog is about ways I am shifting my life into a higher gear to make my world a better place one gear at a time. In the process I hope to help to inspire you to shift gears in your life as well.
